Stop-motion
25/09/2011-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is an ID for the tv station ARTV. I did this stop motion piece during my many months experimenting in Bali. I wanted do do something big !! Using most of the crafts that I see everyday in bali. Usually I use them separately to work on craft design objects but this time I wanted to mix them all up and really show you how I see Bali after spending so much time on this island. So first, there is this big bamboo and coconut leave structure all around the installation (usually use in front of houses of newly married. Then fruit baskets (an offering to the gods), then chicken baskets (getting ready for there next fight). And to finish the logo is made of stone, wood and rattan (Three of the most used material in Bali mainly for sculpture or furniture. Such a wonderful and amazing project. I really represent where I am at in my carreer. Be sure to check out the making of.
